We deliver all items with a warranty that can be expected from the item. If an item does not meet expectations, it can be exchanged or returned. However, there are some conditions for exchange.
- Give us your return shipment by telephone or e-mail
- The item to be returned must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt including an invoice and an explanatory letter
- Make sure the shipment has sufficient postage. Unstamped returns are not accepted
- The item must not be damaged and must be returned in the original packaging and shipping box
- After receiving the item with accompanying invoice and an explanatory letter, you will receive a confirmation and the purchase amount including our shipping costs will be transferred to your account within 30 days
